Return Window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery. Requests raised after this window cannot be accepted.

Condition of Items

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Contact us at daninafashions@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 81258 00474 within 3 days of delivery, with your order number.
2. Once approved, ship the item back to the address we provide.
3. Refunds or exchanges are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit, as agreed with you.
